    Ternary modifier RH-BZ

    ◆ Purpose

    Used for modification treatment when melting aluminum alloys with silicon content of 6-13%.

    ◆ Characteristics

    The grain size of the ingot after modification treatment is significantly refined, improving the mechanical properties of the alloy, especially the plasticity.

    ◆ Usage and dosage

    Calculate 2-3% of the weight of the furnace material and evenly sprinkle the flux on the liquid surface for 10-12 minutes. Crush the hard shell that has formed and stir it into the aluminum liquid for 3-5 minutes. After that, remove the slag and cast the sample, and conduct a fracture inspection. Once it shows normal deterioration, it can be cast.

    ◆ Packaging and storage

    Corrugated cardboard box packaging: Each box weighs 20-25 kilograms and should be properly stored, taking care to prevent moisture.
